天氣越來越炎熱,如何正確地使用防曬品,達到防曬作用,保護皮膚顯得格外重要。一起來看看有哪些步驟吧!
Step 1|Choose a sunscreen. 選擇一款防曬品。
Choose a sunscreen based on your skin type, your climate, and the intensity of your sun exposure.
根據自己的膚質類型、所處氣候環境,以及曝曬陽光的強度來選擇防曬品。
Step 2|Try a small portion on the back of your hand. 先在手背上試用少量防曬品。
If you see an allergic reaction or skin problems arise, buy a different sunscreen.
如果發現有過敏反應或皮膚問題,請選購其他防曬品。
Step 3|Apply at least an ounce of sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure. 在曬太陽前三十分鐘,塗抹至少一盎司的防曬品。
Sunscreen should be applied in sufficient amounts. Give the sunscreen enough time to be absorbed by your skin.
應塗抹充足的防曬品用量,並讓皮膚有足夠的時間吸收防曬品的效果。
Step 4|
Squeeze a generous dollop of sunscreen onto your hand and rub it evenly into all the skin that will be exposed to the sun.
在手心上擠出大量的防曬品,再均勻塗抹於會曬到太陽的所有皮膚部位。
Continue to rub it in until you can’t see the white anymore.
繼續推勻,直到看不見皮膚呈現白色色澤的防曬品為止。
Step 5|Reapply sunscreen every few hours. 每隔幾小時補擦防曬品。
Remember to reapply sunscreen at least every two hours (every hour if you’re sweating a lot).
記得至少每隔兩小時補擦防曬品(如果大量流汗,請每小時補擦一次)。
