J: No, nothing you wouldn't think of. Familiarity with phones is great; someone who's punctual, who's a self-starter, who's organized. To put a notice on the website, you'll have to get in touch with the webmaster and ask him to put the job posting in the “Careers” section.

J: We usually garner enough interest through our own website, but you are welcome to put more ads out if you want. When you put the ad out, make sure you ask for at least one reference.
